Delivery
We currently offer nationwide delivery within New Zealand for a flat rate.
As we are a small business, all orders will be processed between 3-5 working days, keeping in mind that every item is made to order. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Due to COVID please allow extra time for your order to get to you as there are delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you are not completely satisfied via email Katie@popcleaners.co.nz
If in the unlikely event that your products arrive faulty, please get in contact within 10 business days to notify us of any concerns.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. It must be returned to us within 21 days from the date that you received it.
Once we have received your item we will inspect it. If it has been approved due to a fault of ours we will replace or refund your item.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost to return to us. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the fault is ours.
